Terms of Use for Office Software Courses

These terms govern the use of our digital training offerings and define the rights and obligations of participants.

Scope and Subject of the Contract

These terms of use apply to all courses and training sessions in the field of office software and digital skills offered by VariQuickOffice GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). The subject of the contract is the provision of learning content to increase productivity in the modern workplace.

The courses include video tutorials, exercise materials, and additional resources accessible via the platform. The exact scope is transparently presented in the course description before the contract is concluded.

Rights and Obligations of Participants

The participant undertakes to use the provided content exclusively for personal learning purposes. Passing on, reproducing, or commercially using the course materials is prohibited without the written consent of the provider.

  • The participant must have the necessary technical requirements (stable internet connection, current browser).
  • The participant is responsible for the security of their access data.
  • The participant undertakes not to distribute any content that violates applicable law.

Payment Terms

The course fees must be paid before the course starts. Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to block access.

A refund is possible within 14 days of contract conclusion, provided no course material has been accessed. After this period, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Limitation of Liability

The provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, the provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract.

The course content is created with the utmost care. Liability for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the imparted knowledge is excluded, unless it involves intent or gross negligence.

  • The provider does not guarantee the availability of the platform at all times.
  • The provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of the skills learned.

Termination and Duration

The contract for a course ends upon completion of the course, unless a different duration has been agreed upon. For subscription models, the minimum term is three months and is automatically extended by one month unless terminated with a notice period of 14 days before the end of the term.

The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. A good cause exists in particular if the participant breaches essential contractual obligations.

Changes to the Terms

The provider reserves the right to change these terms of use with effect for the future. Participants will be informed of significant changes by email. If the participant does not object within four weeks of receiving the change notification, the changed terms are deemed accepted.
